As a result of the project, the company will aim to retain as large a proportion of its workforce as possible.
The use of modern technological tools greatly facilitates the work of employees, and thanks to increased precision, customer satisfaction is growing, while the company’s good reputation is reaching an increasing number of people.

The core of the project involves the construction of a 269.81 m² warehouse building. The building will be used for the temporary storage of drums, packaging materials, and machinery. The size of the plot is 1,859 m².

Renewable Energy:
We plan to install a 14.4 kW solar panel system on the roof of the building, which will cover the warehouse's electricity needs, thus saving costs while promoting environmental awareness. As a result of technological development, we plan to purchase a forklift, a pallet jack, and a racking system.

Information Technology Development:
We plan to purchase 2 Apple MacBook Pro 13 laptops for carrying out administrative tasks.
Training:
IEC Ltd. will provide a 20-hour training on Conflict Resolution and Problem Solving for one employee.
Consulting:
Fortix Consulting Ltd. will offer 50 hours of consulting on establishing GDPR compliance.
